I cook with a strong focus on good ingredients and enjoy working seasonally and with organic quality. I’m drawn to going back to the basics and making things from scratch, such as sourdough bread, yoghurt, or fermented foods, and turning them into creative, everyday dishes.
Growing up with French and Persian cuisine, my style is versatile, honest, and strongly product-driven. It’s especially important to me to consider allergies, intolerances, and the needs of children, because good food plays a key role in everyday family life.
