b) When Registering as a Chef
If you register as a chef, we process the following data:
First and last name
Email address and phone number
Location / Availability
Details regarding experience and qualifications
Social media profiles (if applicable)
Technical metadata (IP address, timestamp)
Purpose of processing: Processing your registration, contacting you regarding potential collaboration, and managing applications.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in connecting chefs and families).
c) For Booking Inquiries (Families/Customers)
If you use our inquiry form for a cooking service, we process:
Name and email address
Type of occasion (e.g., family celebration)
Date, time, and location (City, district, or ZIP code)
Number of participating adults
Selected package and optional extras
Dietary preferences (e.g., vegetarian, child-friendly)
Allergies and special requests
Kitchen details (e.g., equipment, size)

Later in the booking process, further data may be requested, such as your exact address and phone number.
Purpose of processing: Processing your request, creating an offer, and mediating a suitable chef.

d) Contact via Email
If you contact us via email, we process the data provided exclusively to handle your inquiry.

For technical provision, we use the following service providers (Processors):
Framer: Website hosting (potential US data transfer)
Airtable: Storage of registration and booking inquiries (servers partially in the USA)
Make (Integromat): Automation of form submission (potential US data transfer)
Data processing agreements (DPA) are in place with all providers. Transfers to third countries outside the EU occur only on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses according to Art. 46 GDPR. When you make a booking inquiry, your details are only shared with a suitable chef with your explicit consent.

5. Storage Duration

Chef Registration Data: Deleted after 12 months if no collaboration occurs.
Customer Booking Inquiries: Stored for a maximum of 6 months if no booking is made.
Completed Bookings: Stored until full processing and in accordance with statutory retention periods.
