• Chef Registration: The non-binding registration for chefs wishing to connect with private customers through Kochdaheim.

Part A: For Customers

2A. Non-binding Inquiry

By completing the request form, you are simply indicating your interest in a potential service from Kochdaheim. This does not constitute a booking, and no contractual obligation is formed at this stage.

3A. No Costs, No Subscription

The inquiry is entirely free of charge and non-binding. An official offer will only be created following personal contact from Kochdaheim and your express consent. A formal booking is only concluded through a separate, subsequent agreement.

4A. Data Processing

Your information will be used exclusively for contact purposes, as detailed in our Privacy Policy. We will not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent.

Part B: For Chefs (Registration)

2B. Registration as a Chef

Registering via the chef recruitment form indicates interest in a potential cooperation with Kochdaheim. This registration does not guarantee a partnership or inclusion in the platform.

3B. Independence and Responsibility

Registered chefs operate as independent contractors on their own account and responsibility. Kochdaheim serves solely as a facilitator for the initial contact with private customers.

4B. Data Processing

Data collected during registration is used for verification and contact purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Amendments

Kochdaheim reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The most current version is always accessible at www.kochdaheim.de.
