Ryan Ang
I come from a Chinese-Filipino family of devoted home cooks, and my earliest kitchen memories in our ancestral home shaped how I cook today. My path has taken me from running a small Asian take-away in the Philippines to working in Filipino-Asian and Mexican-Californian kitchens in Berlin, alongside regular private cooking for families and community events. My style is rooted in generous, communal dining where food is shared and stories connect people. I specialise in Chinese dishes, Chinese-Filipino fusion, Filipino classics, and selected Asian regional cuisine, bringing authentic flavours and a warm, family-style spirit to every meal.

Warrior's Feast
A true boodle fight celebration that feels festive, abundant, and irresistibly communal.
Laid out on banana leaves in a dramatic, colorful spread, this feast invites guests to dive in side by side, elbow to elbow. Crisp lumpia, garlicky shrimp, tender adobo, juicy calamares, and hearty noodles are all shared in one generous layout. Everything is meant to be eaten together, hands on, with plenty of laughter. It is a lively, mouthwatering spread of flavors that brings people together the Filipino way.
Note: This feast is meant to be enjoyed with bare hands, without plates or cutlery, for an authentic communal experience. It is a true dive in style feast.
